My water broke Monday, March 21!! We were going to eat supper at Hunan's and when I stepped out of the truck... it broke! I went ahead and walk in the restaurant then turned around and told Tristin "My water broke" and I headed out the door!
We got to the hospital and a short time later Riley Michael Dozier was born!! He was born at 9:56 PM.

Sooo.... that was Monday night!
The next day, Tuesday, Tristin woke up with his stomach hurting. It had been hurting him for a couple of days but on this day is was bad. Tristin left the hospital to Tuesday morning to go home and get a few things, when he came back he was saying how bad his stomach hurt. He decided to go to urgent care to see what was wrong. By the time he got there he couldn't even stand up. They took him by ambulance to the ER. Turns out it was his appendix and he had an appendectomy Tuesday night. He had to stay the night in the hospital Tuesday and was discharged Wednesday morning.
Wow... can you say a CRAZY few days!! But we have a story like no other to tell Riley's about his birth.
I think you were troopers! what a great story to tell Riley! He will appreciate all the excitement that happened that day when you tell him. What doesn't kill you always makes you stronger!! ha ha..now you have such a sweet baby and family and God has been so good to you. Now to help Riley get on a good schedule so you can get some rest and give daddy some too! Love you all! And so proud of you! Nelda
